ABOUT

What we do

We combine marine science and architecture to bring marine life back to urban waters.

Bluprint Lab 3D-prints plug-and-play reef modules from local clay and monitors the results, so cities, NGOs and port operators can watch biodiversity return and meet their environmental targets.

Based in Kiel, Germany

SERVICE

What we offer

3D-Drucker beim Fertigen eines Riffmoduls

Consultation & Design

We assess your site's conditions, ecological goals and regulatory obligations, then design reef modules tailored to that exact location. You get a restoration concept shaped around the local species, substrate and water conditions.

Installation der Riffmodule an einem Steg

Installation & Maintenance

We handle the practical side, from producing the modules to placing them at your site. The modules attach plug and play to existing infrastructure which keeps installation costs low. You gain a functioning reef habitat without needing to build up marine expertise in-house.

Bewachsenes Riffmodul unter Wasser

Monitoring & Reporting

We track how life returns to the modules and turn that into clear impact reports. This gives you the evidence you need for biodiversity targets, offset obligations and CSRD reporting.

PRODUCTS

What we offer

3D-printed from recycled materials, our habitat modules are designed individually to match any location or ecosystem. We use recycled excavation clay from local construction sites, normally treated as waste. Fired into terracotta, it forms a stable, non-toxic surface that marine life readily colonises.
